Yes, all parcels are 100% well-packed and wouldn’t show any sensitive information such as product name and seller name. We promise that no one else can know what the buyer has purchased.
We ship everyday except Sunday and Public Holiday.
Cut off time:
Monday to Friday: 12p.m. (Order after 12p.m. will ship out on next day)
Saturday: 11p.m. (Order after 11a.m. will ship out on next day)
For West Malaysia, the delivery process usually will take around 2-5 days, however, for East Malaysia it takes around 3 -14 days. Mostly, we will ship out the parcel by using J&T courier service.
All parcels will ship out from our warehouse which is located at Petaling Jaya.
Monday – Friday, 10a.m to 6p.m.
Saturday, 10a.m. to 6p.m.

All the items come with a 30 days warranty (Start from the item received date). You may contact our customer service via whatsapp 018-2097226 to request return/ exchange.
Buyer may only apply for the return/ exchange of the Item in the following circumstances:
- The Item has not been received by Buyer;
- The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
- Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
- The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item.
*Items used by buyers are not allowed to be returned.
*Buyer will only be exchanged after Adam has received the returned item. After Adam has reviewed the returned item, Adam will exchange the item within 3-5 working days.
You should pack the product(s) for return securely in their original packaging, such as a cardboard box or poly mailer with bubble wrap, to protect them from any damage when they are shipped back to the seller/Shopee Warehouse. If the original packaging is damaged, you may use your own packaging for the return parcel.
For fragile items, you’re encouraged to use a “This side up”, “Fragile”, or “Handle with care” sticker as an additional reminder to the courier to handle your parcel with caution.
Ensure that product(s) are returned in the original received condition, completed with all the original inclusions. Examples of such inclusions are:
- Original brand packaging
- Free gifts
- Warranties
- Tags
- Manuals
- All the accessories provided with the product
- i) In the scenario of an unforeseen error from Adam’s end (i.e – damaged, faulty or wrong product delivered to the buyer), Adam will bear the buyer’s return shipping fee.
- ii) In the scenario of the buyer’s change of mind, buyer shall get Adam’s consent prior to the return request and buyer will bear the return shipping fee.

- The warranty is limited to only non-human damage during normal use of the device.
- Human damage is not covered by warranty.
Our products are made in Malaysia. Yes, all products have been tested and proven safe to use.
